We needed rugs for a new house and spent some time here on a quiet Saturday picking them out at the beginning of this year since it was close to my current apartment and looked like a great selection. Everyone we talked to was so friendly and helpful. The three room-sized rugs I picked out were too big for our cars and I hoped to get them in the house before I moved furniture in. They were able to go the extra mile and deliver them to the new house for us and work with my schedule on when I could meet them there even though it was about 45 minutes away. The rugs have been holding up so well and I am very impressed with the quality and softness. I was so glad to be able to feel the material in person since I'm picky about rugs instead of just crossing my fingers on an online order and hoping it didn't fall apart or feel scratchy. The rug corners stay down and the rug pads we got with them were excellent quality and the perfect thickness.
